Setting a bigger vision for your company

Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgivings, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings. " - William Arthur Ward

Have you ever thought about what you're truly grateful for? I do or at least I think I do but I catch myself sometimes giving prayers of thanks for things that I should already know are a given in my life. Not because I'm overly confident but because I know when you step into your calling provisions are given, opportunities come forth and it becomes a responsibility to think bigger.

A bigger vision requires reflection of where you came from and where you are going.

I'm grateful for the family and friends I have
I'm grateful for living near the beach
I'm grateful for amazing clients that we cheer, laugh and cry together over their accomplishments

All of these things are amazing and a year ago as I was sitting at my desk, working 60 hours a week building someone else's empire I held onto the hope of what I knew was possible for me.

What do you believe is possible for you?

This morning I remember those days and it drives my gratefulness into a higher gear to stretch myself to crush higher goals.

One of the goals that I recently set was to launch a intimate group program for start up business owners that were ready to accelerate their business. I saw the need in the marketplace for this, created a solution and then showed up to serve those leaders who answered the call.

What I didn't realize is was how fast it would sell out (add another item into the gratefulness bucket). The business leaders in this program show up hungry and committed for their success.

They are runners, the exact type of leaders I like to work with.

Will I celebrate this moment? Yes. (pictures of Champagne toasts to come later). But, the celebration won't last long because there is still work too do. My passion in helping others hasn't changed and the assignment on my life to reach more business leaders is a priority unlike never before.

Over the next few weeks I'll be sharing special announcements with you on what is coming from my team and I along with how I can support you even more on your own journey. Click here to join our newsletter and receive early notification

We have four months left in 2018 and ALOT can happen in that time if you're open to it and ready to run.

Are you ready? Stay tuned.

Cheering you on.
